The Fancy Dress Box is a family run business serving Brighton and Hove and the surrounding areas.

The shop has recently been expanded and offers a huge new range of fancy dress costumes.

Staff always dress up on Saturdays — come and have fun trying out our amazing costumes. We have a fantastic range of costumes for hire or for sale, from Noddy to Napoleon, Beatles to Batman, Cleopatra to Carmen Miranda, Abba to Animals, Pirates to Policemen, Tina Turner to Teletubbies, Witches to Wenches, Jimi Hendrix to Jackson 5, Madonna to Mrs Christmas, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s we can cater for all your fancy dress needs,

We can advise on costume ideas and themes to suit all ages, occasions and fancy dress parties, Hen nights, Stag nights and children’s theme parties, Halloween and Christmas.

The shop is closed Mondays and Tuesday, however, it can be opened by appointment if you call ahead.

History

Established in 1996.

Sue and Kat who opened the Fancy Dress Box in 1996 have seen many different items go in and out of fashion, but there are also the old favourites.
