Started by John Chaffey BSc DO in 1988, Body Balance has developed into the largest group practice of Osteopaths in East London. Operating from three surgeries. Our service is NHS approved and we contract with Redbridge CCG.

Business Owner
John is the Principal Osteopath at Body Balance Osteopaths Hornchurch and Romford. He trained full time for four years at the British School of Osteopathy in London. He then studied for a Research degree at the University of East London looking into back pain during pregnancy. John is trained in advanced dry needling/ (medical) acupuncture. John has 24 years practice experience.
John in an External Examiner of Clinical Competence The British School of Osteopathy, Oxford Brookes University, and Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine. In 2012 he was appointed to the Council of the General Osteopathic Council, the UK statutory regulator for Osteopathy. —
