Established by John Simpkins and Gordon Edwards in 1968, Simpkins Edwards provides the full spectrum of accountancy, business advice and tax consultancy services to a wide variety of businesses and individuals, many of whom come to us as a result of personal recommendations. Meet the Business Owner

Jon H.

Business Owner

Jon is based at our Holsworthy office, having transferred there from our Exeter branch in 1985. He joined Simpkins Edwards as a young lad straight from higher education in 1979 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983.

As you would expect from the location of the office, Jon deals with all the different types of businesses you would associate with agriculture and a country practice such as farmers, agricultural contractors, machinery suppliers, hauliers, vets and auctioneers.

These provide a varied mixture of trading bases for Jon from the sole trader up to the larger partnerships and small to medium sized companies.
