Meet the Business Owner

Craig P.

Business Owner

A self-​motivated, customer focused Windows Server and windows Support Engineer with Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate 2008 R2 (MCSA) accreditation. Solid second and third line experience in supporting mainstream Infrastructure applications and large user bases, including Microsoft Office Communicator, Live Meeting and the associated Windows Servers ²⁰⁰³⁄₂₀₀₈ platforms.

On a personal level, Craig has good communication skills, working in a team or individually and can relate well to customers with different levels of I.T. knowledge. He has participated in several Infrastructure projects, in a leading role and as a valuable team contributor. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a strong desire to provide an improved service environment working closely with System stakeholders.

I.T. Degree educated, with Microsoft Windows Server and Windows desktop qualifications. Good all round Infrastructure skills including DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Active Directory.
