Nestled in the vibrant Hockley, Lace Market (Camden of Nottingham) is Jim’s Smokehouse — Nottingham’s first authentic Southern American BBQ restaurant, serving the legendary Low ‘n’ Slow smoked meats from their wood burning smoker imported from US to create the real BBQ experience this side of Atlantic.

The menu offers BBQ favourite which can be seen in local smokehouses of Texas, St Louis & Memphis. Keeping it local, their meat are sourced fresh locally and hand rubbed marinated overnight before being smoked over hickory & applewood carefully by the pit master for upto 16hrs. Specialties are Carolina Pulled Pork, Texas Beef Brisket, St Louis Ribs, BBQ chicken & hand-​crafted burgers.

With local craft breweries making a splash this days, Jim’s bar offers some of the best American craft beers — Brooklyn, Sam Adams, Sierra Nevada, Goose Island IPA. Also a good selection of Bourbon, Milkshakes, Cocktails and all the favourite bar drinks.
