We offer lighting hire including design and installation for weddings, specialising in overhead work in barns and similar venues. Our most popular services include fairy light canopies, chandeliers, festoon lights, ambient uplighting, paper lanterns, outdoor lighting and dance floor lighting.

Lighting is the key to creating the perfect atmosphere, and it needs hard-​earned skills and experience to visualise the right design for a venue and to install it as efficiently as possible on the day. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and the quality and impact of our wedding lighting installations. History

Established in 2006.

We started out in 2006, offering DJ and lighting hire under the name Bright Lights Entertainment. What started out as a part-​time sideline quickly expanded and became our full-​time business. The business continued to evolve over time and in 2011 the company was renamed to Oakwood Events Ltd as we added more specialised lighting services.
