Frankie & Benny’s

Me and the family had been to the build a bear in high Wycombe. They told us that we could get 20% off if we took our receipt.
Happy days we thought and walk the short distance to the Frankie and Benny’s
We got there and asked for a table for 6 in this empty restaurant. The waitress succeed through her teeth and said, «I will have to check. Not sure we have the room». I thought she was joking but she wasn’t and check the computer.
She told me that she could squeeze us in and lead us to the table. 10 minutes later, a party of about 10 kid’s come in but no one else came in.
We order are food and it came out in good time. It was cool and very rubbish. I tried to complain but the staff were so busy with the empty restaurant, they did not have time.
I gave up and finished my food and had to go and find someone to pay. I found them all upstairs with the kids party. Not impressed
I got my 20% and went, never to come back

This branch of Frankie and Benny’s is quite ‘hit and miss.’
The food is normally nice, and tastes the same as any other branch, but the staff and service aren’t great. The staff don’t to know what’s gong on, they’re quite rude, and nearly every time I go I think I won’t go again but then I always do!
Last time I went it was a Monday which is when you get 25% off your bill. It’s a good job I knew this as they staff did not apply this discount and I had to tell them to.
