The Stone

At The Stone you will find a mixture of furniture and home décor, art, and jewellery. Most of the items in this shop are not handmade, but they have an artsy/​foreign feel with a lot of Oriental and Indian styled furnishings and decorative items.
There is a lot of glass and china in here, though, so I’ll warn you now – be careful walking around! The floors in these converted barns are not always even and it’s easy to lose your balance. Not a good combination …
There are two floors to this shop, with mostly more furniture upstairs.
My favourite items are the pretty tea pots and tea cups with flower patterns. That are big, bold flowers – not your usual Royal Albert type stuff.
