Established in 2013.
The premises used to be occupied by Thornton’s chocolate when we took over in March 2013. We have a policy of changing our menu every month to remove the few unpopular dishes and replacing them with others…

Francois has been in the food and catering business all his life working in different restaurant in France, Italy and the famous a cruise ship «Pacific Princess» back in the days.
A few month, late 2014, we have added «Roastino Fish bar» at 168 the Marlowes in Hemel Hempstead serving delicious Cod, Haddock etc.
