We offer fine food, ales, front & rear beer gardens with a kids play area, WI-​FI and more.

Two bars are situated at the front of the building, one of which has a large plasma screen (showing select sporting events), and the other links onto the Carvery Restaurant.

The Woodman Inn has a very good reputation for its real ales (IPA, Abbot), and its range of Lagers.

History

Established in 2001.

A fine reputation spread by word of mouth has ensured that since opening in 2001, the Carvery Restaurant has gone from strength to strength. The third quarter of 2006 saw the opening of the new extension to the Carvery Restaurant adding extra seating capacity. This in turn has reduced the waiting time during busy periods.

The Tudor Room is the most recent addition to The Woodman Inn.

Built late 2006, The Tudor Room is situated just off the main carvery restaurant area, with decoration matching that of the restaurant.

It is ideal for holding business meetings, presentations or private parties, with Wireless Internet access (Wi-​Fi) also available.
