When I was selling my house last year I invited 3 agents around for a valuation. All of them gave me a similar price. I decided to put the house on the market with Raine and Co for a variety of small reasons. Firstly they were on time, secondly the manager came and was the only one to introduce himself by name.
The service as far as getting the house on the market was very good and we had a number of viewings in the first week. I did find that after 3 weeks I was having to chase them quite a bit and they didn’t seem to be as active in selling my house. I did change agents in the end, but I wouldn’t say this was down to bad service. The staff members were always polite and helpful
