This is a spacious McDonald’s, which means you never have to look for a seat. However, the staff are a bit slow. They neve have milkshakes. They cannot add or subtract without the use of the cash register, so watch out if you give coins! The drive thru is okay, but they sometimes forget to put things in your order, so do check. The food is always good and what you would expect.

last time we went here it was a very busy saturday but we were served very quick, the food was fresh and hot and staff were very nice! couldnt fault the place in anyway. toilets were clean and so was the restaurant

Hatfield’s McDonalds is located at the ‘leisure’ end of the Galleria Shopping Centre — just under the Odeon (ex-​UCI) Cinema. I’ve always recieved good service when using this one, and the food has always been very nice. It can get very busy though so the drive through is quite useful!

This is a decent mcDonnalds. We mostly use the drive through which is rarely more than one or two cars wait. I also have never yet had an issue where my food isn’t ready by the time I get to the final window.
The food is alway hot and my order complete, this is an issue with other mcdonnalds I have visited, I have got home only to find something missing.
The inside is always clean and there are plenty of tables so seating is not an issue. plenty of counter staff too to minimise delays are busy times
