Established in 1985.

Moved to Hatfield in 1989 when Frank Bruno opened our site just before his world Title fight with Mike Tyson. in 2008 we redeveloped no 1 bury road and moved in 2009 and operate from there now with the latest Diagnostic equipment.

Do not trust Fairway, they will rip you off! Got my MOT from them, it seemed very expensive so got a second opinion from another garage and half the stuff they failed my car on didn’t need doing Will never return to them again.

Fairway in Hatfield are amazing.
I am a young female who was a bit nervous about going in to a garage on my own, but the staff there were amazing and really looked after me.
The job was completed on time and it was actually less expensive than they quoted.
Damian and Vince gave me a really personal service and the whole experience blew me away!

I was really disappointed as a new customer. The sales team were rude and difficult to deal with. Their lack of technical knowledge on a very simple part was frustrating. I think their customer facing people really need to go on a customer service course. I also found them expensive but it was more the way I was treated with no time to discuss my car at any length and just wanting to get me out of the door as soon as possible which will be the main reason that I wont be going back. EVER. Instead of bowling around in your Barbour like you are more than a receptionist, try realising that your customers provide 100% of your income and they should be treated with respect.

superb, friendly service. broke down at 2pm, recovered by AA and at fairway by 3pm, left their air conditioned waiting room at 4.15 car repaired.
Great service at a good price, they gave me options of quality of parts so
i could decide how much i wanted to spend. very proffesional service.

I found their service friendly but they quoted me for extensive work which was over priced. They appeared to be be thorough in finding faults with my car but then also missed other faults.
Luckily I took it to my friend who did an honest job of my car.
All in all a little disappointed considering the testomonials so promising for female drivers.

I have used Fairway a couple of times. They seem to be honest and professional. They are, however, quite expensive. If they have someone free they will give you a lift to/​from work or home whilst they work on your car.

I used to use this garage for repairs and mots on my car when I worked in Hatfield. The prices were always reasonable and they never ripped me off, which being a woman and knowing nothing about cars is important to me. There have been several times when I have taken my car to a garage that I have been charged what I felt were excessive prices, but this has never happened at this particular place. They also ring you to inform you what work is necessary, before they carry it out. They also remind you when your next MOT is due by sending you a letter, which i find very handy as i have a useless memory. The staff were always extremely friendly and polite.

This is a good garage. I had an issue with a breakdown at home, it was only a dead battery but I was alone with no one to jump start me. I called fairway who came out within the hour and got me started. The battery needed replacing, which they did and charged me no more than the cost of the new battery which was cheaper than others in town. So, no charge for the home call or fitting.
I thought this was super service and I would recommend others to them. I have used them on 2 other occasions and the work has always been of high quality and low cost.
