B & Q

If you need to go to a B & Q i would say dont bother going to this one. spend a little more travel time and go to the sunderland or durham branch.
This B & Q is a tin shack the roof leaks all the time so watch you dont tipe over the buckets.
I think the staff need to go to classes to learn basic customer services they are never willing to help and are some times very rude.
If you are going to buy wall paper dont bother the never have enough to do a full room unless its the size of a shoe box.
I know this is a very old store but B & Q seem to be just leaving it to rot you can go in there with two screaming kids hanging on you carring 100 little bits and bobs and they wont even give you a bag to put the in.
Plus side the carpark is very big with it being on a retail park with may other shops aldi/​carpet shop/​bowling
Oh and you must pay a visit to the burger van in the car park when they are going to hog roast its just yummy.

went to this store about a week ago to buy some lengths of timber when i asked if the wood i wanted could be cut to fit in my car i was told to buy a saw and cut it in half in the car park by some arogant sales staff. not amused!!! doyle!
