We specialise in Topographical Surveys in North, North West London. As an Engineer Surveying company we can also provide your project with Engineers for the full life cycle (e.g. Surveys, Setting out, As-​built, Monitoring, etc…)

We specialise mostly in undertaking 2D and 3D CAD drawings for Architects and Planners for the following types of project: Building, Houses, Road, Rail and other civil & infrastructure projects.

History

Established in 2006.

We started off as a freelance company in London as a one man band, we slowly grown into providing Monitoring, Setting out, Surveying & Topographical services to Cross Rail, Local Contractors, Rail, Balfour Beatty, Laing O’Rourke, Ferrovial, Colas Rail and many more major projects. In 2013 there has been a recent increase in topographical survey in North London and an increase in Monitoring Surveys in Central London but a lot of our customers wanted short term hire of our services.

So we now offer our services at short term contracts 1 — 2 days work.

This has been a great success and our customers are saving a lot from not hiring contractors for a minimum week hire.
