Total Back Office Solutions Limited has been built from the experience of David Cole and Stewart Roberts who have a number of years experience dealing with recruitment agency back offices and accounts as well as influencing the build and growth of a number of recruitment agencies over the past 13 years.

Over the past 4 years, TBOS has grown to become a reputable service provider to the recruitment industry helping new start up contract and permanent agencies to administer and fund their businesses.

The solution has grown to offer international/​currency funding and administration processes and helped ensure that agencies remain compliant and meet statutory deadlines.

Have a wide knowledge of payroll systems, taxation both UK and internationally, company formations, factoring/​invoice discounting and all aspects regarding running the full back office services of a successful agency.
