History
Established in 2012.
We have been baking cakes since 2014.
Then we noticed we started to get requests for larger and larger cakes so we thought… why not?
We started to bake large cakes for friends & family then on a business level thought — surely there are companies out there who need cakes for more than 24 people. We could do that.
So… that is our hook, we make delicious cakes for business & private clients which taste good and look good, something other companies don’t do — in other words definitely Bad Ass Cakes!

Barbara Brennen B.
Business Owner
Barbara Brennen is a chef who has worked under renowned chefs such as Anton Edlemann of The Savoy Hotel & Keith Stanley formerly of The Ritz Hotel & was lucky enough to work for the chef she admired the most Anton Mosimann at Mosimann’s, London.
She had taken some of the practices she learned through these great establishments and tips she has picked up along the way to create Bad Ass Cakes.
