my son and i held our birthday party at jilts bar hamilton.
It was the best party you could have asked for.
Plenty of food and i mean pleanty well cooked well presented. tasted great.
Bar service again first class even thought we had about 60 people there you did not have to wait most of the time even when the bar was busy most of the time the staff dealt with it.
entertainment of of this world the guy was great a true pro, very very good,
tables were kept clear a staff member on the floor clearing tables all night.
the management were on hand all night to oversee everything and it all went without a hitch.
price wise very good and value for money very good value
finally my familt and guests would like to thanks all at jilts for making our birthday a great sucess and a very happt and merry birthday i would book them again they made it easy took the strain out fo it for us and made it a birthday to rember thanks again

Excellent home-​cooked food at very reasonable prices. Comfortable seats and eating area separate from main bar area. Friendly atmosphere and popular with many people. Staff also friendly and helpful. Décor fairly basic and also rather dark. Front outside looks deceptively small and on entering the bar stretches back making it long and thin. Can be a little cool when sitting the eating area next to the window. Also when busy it can take a bit of time for food to be served but it is well worth the wait.
