The Wagon is part of real ale history in thus country as is the Landlord Bob who looks a bit like Fagun. There are always 14 real ales plus a wide variety of unusuals. Beer is always goid. Do not be put off by a bit of tatty décor its the beer thats the storey here. You will get people frim all over the world because it is one of those must do pub, a mecca for real ale drinkers. And its also very freindly, nobody is a stranger.

I like«proper» pubs. But this place is perhaps a tad too authentic for my likings. It offers an amazing choice of local real ales, including one that is named after the landlord. Alas, it is «a bit of a rough-hole». Some people rave about it, but I always find it to be a bit too much of a local pub for local people. One of its notable quirks is that you have to walk through a beer store to get to the bogs. It is worth a try if you are big ale fan, otherwise there are nicer and friendlier pubs nearby.

Spent the afternoon here and the quality of the beer is faultless. Cheaper as you would expect than B’ham city centre real ale pubs. No 9 bus every 8 minutes from Colmore Row in Birmingham to Halesowen bus station.

Award winning real ale pub serving up to 14 real ales plus real cider and belgian beers too! Its been a county pub of the year and 3 times branch pub of the year so well worth a visit. The no 9 bus passes the pub.
