Don’t understand Phantomshopper’s review 1 star but says ‘nice clothes’ and ‘poor service’ because someone was attentive! maybe just carry on shopping at Top Shop where you can’t find anyone to talk to. it has to be said Weir Rhodes have a huge range, not all of which is out on the shop-floor, so some guidance is necessary as long as you make them clear as to what you want and what your price range is certainbly what we found. Anyway, me and my now son-in-law got suited and booted by Weir Rhodes for my wedding, and i must say the serice was superb, nothing was too much trouble, and we always felt totally understood and never pressured. We had 2 fittings and adjustments before THEY were satisfied we had the perfect fit. And of course the suits felt and looked amazing; and good value for the money, i think. Yes, they of course cater for the higher end, but you do get a whole new level of quality of clothing, esp the suits. We went to other nearby so-called upper end outfitters Austin Reed, House of Fraser, etc. but nothing even went close to what we finally ended up with at Weir Rhodes. Highly recommended. BG

What a pompous shop, nice clothes but what a dated approach. The look of the shop can only be described as «Grace Brothers» both inside and out, but its the poor service that really got me to write this review. After venturing in, I was pounced on by a man who I later deduced was the manager who would not leave me alone. I tried to browse but to no avail. I tried a jacket, which was lovely but out of my price range but he would not have that as the end of it. I left soon after feeling rather put off by the whole experience. This style of sales died out with the ark I thought! I will not be back
