Mr Shah has been working in the legal field for the past 21 years.
Mr Shah is a member of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association as a senior lawyer, and is regulated by the Office of Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) at level 3. He has been an Advocate High Court in Pakistan too.
Mr. Shah regularly appears in Immigration and Asylum Tribunals and also has the licensed access to instruct the Bar direct for advice and representation before:

Mr Shah is also licensed to do a judicial review pre-action protocol.
