AVOID GREENFORD KFC!!!! The worst ever customer service from one of their shift managers called Manglesh!!!!! Not only that this KFC blatantly discriminates people with unseen disabilities!! I didn't know I had to prove my disability to anyone, how dare one of this shift managers staff question me about my disability!! This all started by one of the staff about a lost club card member, I simply stated that why was i not told that my discount can not be accepted as the original club card was lost. The way this Manglesh acted is totally unacceptable, his behaviour is disgusting. I asked for his name in writing as I could not see clearly his name badge as I am partially sighted!! Even asked for Head Office number he refused to give, just told me to Google it!!! To my disgust one of his staff member was laughing, asked her whats so funny that your laughing. To my horror she said to my face " that if I can see her laughing, why can I not see the Name on the badge!!!!!! Well I'm sorry I did not know that I had to prove my disability to ANYONE!!!!!!! BAD EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT GREENFORD BRANCH AGAIN!!!!!!

Oh if anyone is wondering how I know his name after he refused, I called the branch to get the name!!! Even that was a hassel starting shouting at me down the phone. Seriously this guy should not be in the position of a shift manager role!!!!
