I provide professional architectural services to householders, businesses and for community projects ranging from a free initial consultation and site assessment, to a range of services to suit the client’s requirements: this would include a measured building survey, feasibility studies, outline proposals /​sketch schemes, planning applications, building regulation applications, detailed design and contract administration /​project management. I also have experience of listed buildings and conservation areas. External and internal 3D perspectives can also be offered. I also act as the client’s agent in dealing with the local authority and with the appointment and management of other consultants where required. I can often provide initial construction cost advice once a scheme has been drawn and can provide contract advice should the client wish to deal directly with the builder /​contractor.
