I wouldn’t recommend buying a Kingsdown Bed from Bensons, as although these beds start from £1,500 and apparently come with a 10 year guarantee, should you have a problem with it, the reply from Benson Bed is that you need to take it up with Kingsdown. I’ve been having problems with my bed claim for nearly 2 months, as the buck seems to get passed from Benson Beds to Kingsdown, back to Benson Beds, and then to myself, and back again.
In all honesty, if you are looking at buying a bed from Bensons, please, please, please, don’t buy anything other than their own make, as at least then, they can’t get out of replacing the bed if still in guarantee.
