History

Established in 1980.

I Have been making preserves almost all my life then one year I made too much so I took it to the bowls club where I played bowls. It was so popular that I made more and more. I then thought to myself ‘There’s a business here’ and It went on from there. I. m not a very big business as I am still working from my stall, but that’s enough for me. I supply to 3 Tourist places in the Sleaford area but I still enjoy the personal touch my stall gives me.

I make Home made preserves made with traditional equipment, my biggest piece of equipment is a small food processor. I try to make my preserves using Victorian recipes whenever possible, sometimes I make up my own recipes. There are no additives ie salt, added pectin or e numbers. I am pleased to say that I have a 5 star Rating
