Lidl

I think this chain should rebrand itself and call itself Random (I was almost rude there!). It’s certainly not what it promises — luxury for all — and it’s more random than any other supposed supermarket chain I’ve been to — even more so than Aldi!
You never really know what you’re going to find in Lidl. Definitely some random groceries. Perhaps some random winter thermals. Or a random frozen turkey. Or perhaps a random ab machine? Or cycling shorts?
My point is that this isn’t somewhere you’d go to for a reliable weekly shop. But yes, it is cheap. And you never know what you’re going to find.
Perhaps it is worth a random visit when you’re off to Asda now and again. Just in case, yanno, you find the odd random gem hiding amongst its random shelves? I haven’t done so yet but then again, this store is just too random for me, so I very rarely visit it.
