Hate this place. It is a dump. There are always long queues, not enough staff on the tills and they have no inkling of what good customer service means. If you do dare to complain to a supervisor (and you will!) you will be met with nothing but insolence and defiance. Forget an apology, even if you are proved right! These middle aged biddies that seem to be the supervisors do nothing but hover around causing more problems than they actually solve. They need to realise that especially in this day and age good customer service is important especially as it is the customers who actually pay their wages. Go to Asda or Tesco instead, they’re miles nicer and treat you with a level of respect that Morrisons doesn’t have a clue about.
