History

Established in 2013.

Since Opening our doors we have trained hundreds of pupils in conjunction with various colleges and many other business around Scotland. In ²⁰¹³⁄₁₄ we worked closely with a number of different colleges qualifying over 1000 candidates in door supervision that then went on to work in the common wealth games, because we had such a high success rate during these courses we have continued to work closely with these colleges offering a number of qualifications such as Door Supervision, CCTV, and Personal licensing training.

As well as the afore mentioned history we have also went on to build a relationship with many different companies further educating and qualifying their staff helping provide a distinctive level of skill throughout their business.

My name is Mr. Grant McFarlane I established Upskill Security Training Ltd in 2013. Having worked as a door steward since the age of 18 I found that there was a real need for professional training within in the industry, because of this I brought together a group of trainers both male and female that have proven themselves to be second to none.
