We make the greatest traditional world street food; lovely lovely pasties! Because we make them by hand & from scratch in Glasgow you won’t find any Cornish pasties here, just all the other ones! We take time-honoured pasty recipes from all over the world and bring them to you. You can find us at weekend markets all over Glasgow and soon the rest of Scotland, just keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates on where and when we’ll be trading.
History
Established in 2015.
We’re only young, our first market was in September 2015 so we’re still coming up with new flavours and trialling them at new markets.

Business Owner
Chris Old and Lauren Hislop are the boffins behind laboratoire pastier, immersed deeply in secret recipes and knocking over dark gothic test tube racks in pursuit of pastry nirvana. Motivated by our experiences at the Sunday Up Market on Brick Lane, London, we decided that selling top-notch street food looked like a better life than working for the Man so we decided to use our cooking skills and sense of fun to create RWPco.
