Tague Vets

Over the last 15 years I have taken my three cats to this vets. At no point have we had any complaints about the integrity or competency of any of their staff. Last Saturday I had the unenviable task of taking my cat on a one way trip after two days of treatment. The vet I spoke to was sympathetic but professional. She, after my observations of the night before agreed that that putting our boy to sleep was the most humanitarian thing to do. I knew that before we went in that he wasn’t coming out. She at no point tried to push further treatment on him. The deed was done with empathy and professionalism in equal amounts. When on my request I asked for the final bill I was told not to worry and they would be intouch and that I should go home. I decided that Doyle would be cremated and I asked the cost, this was given again in a empathetic manner without pressure, that I agreed. I cannot express my deepest gratitude of how we were treated. Without being glib. I have seen humans treated with less respect than was given to our Doyle. Great people with integrity and empathy. I thank you.
