Located just before the big Tesco on Maryhill Road, this place has a good range of second hand clothes, books, Cd’s, DVDs and general bric a brac. TO be brutally honest its a bit cramped inside and i usually spend most of my time apologising to people after whacking them with my ruck sack. Oh and don’t even contemplate trying to get a pram into and out of this place without a full on battle. its cramped.
Having said this, i must point out that compared with other charity shops this one has some pretty new gear at very reasonable price’s. Ok, its not your Byers Road quality or even style and you wont find any vintage hidden gems. But if your looking for a good, bloody hell its minus 4 and windy-​er than a camel’s rear end outside, then this place might just be a cheaper, more socially conscious, doing your part type option.
Oh yeah, if anyone has ever found a place with more copies of East 17 albums than this i will give them five of my own earth pounds.
