Appalling customer service. They were out of the cheesecake we had ordered and texted me to see what we would like to replace with. I responded but apparently they never got the message and rather than call me like a professional business would to discuss the change, they just picked their own swap and had it delivered. When I noticed the error, I called to ask to have the delivery driver bring a swap of a dessert we would actually eat. The woman I talked to absolutely refused. I asked for a refund for that dessert and said I would return what they brought us and she said no. She then promptly hung up on me noting another customer was in the store. She called back and after a few more attempts at asking for a refund she said fine but I had to call JustEat and go through them to get it. Quite a nightmare over a slice of cheesecake. Definitely will not order from here again until they take a class in customer service.

In true Saturday night style, my boyfriend and I were in the mood for a takeaway and, since he had heard good things about this one, we thought we would give it a go. I expected the usual offerings of greasy grub, sinful and satisfying, that would make me stuffed and sleepy, with a side of sickly. I was very much mistaken and incredibly impressed, as what we received was restaurant quality and absolutely delicious. We both went for the Thai red curry(mine with veg and his with chicken), with sides of rice and noodles for sharing. We also threw in a bottle of fizzy juice(an absolute must with a takeaway), which brought our order to £20.50(including delivery) and entitled us to free prawn crackers and a little extra, chosen by the chef. I was chuffed with the chef’s choice as he added in a portion of crispy seaweed, which I’ve never tried before but was so tasty and reminded me of kale chips. The Thai red curry was wonderful, with coconut milk and just enough of a kick, and we were both stuffed and satisfied, without the feeling of gluttonous guilt you would ordinarily associate with a takeaway. I have found a new favourite and will definitely be ordering again and again.
