KFC

Last two times I’ve been in they have got my order right! Which is unusual.
Feeds always tasted nice although something’s may not be what you ordered or how you ordered it. Always check your takeaway before leaving the car park.
80% of staff are usually nice. Have had the odd run in with staff about how they conduct themselves in front of customers, and attitude can stink from the odd member of staff.

Agree with bigge but it is yummy

I know it’s commercial and the exact same everywhere you go, but the Colonel did good yesterday.
It’s a really clean, airy KFC just off Springburn Road in an area that seems to be lacking in big eating establishments. So when me and my boyfriend were famished after a healthy bike run, we decided to be very dirty indeed… by cancelling out our hard day’s cycle with a chicken burger.
Although you know you’re always getting the same with fast food joints this one was very bright, big and spacious, not cluttered and downtrodden like the ones nearer the city centre. We got served really quickly and the customer service was brilliant. The staff were really friendly. I got served by a guy who was really chatty (think his name was Steve) and even though he was stuck in on a summer’s day, he was still really upbeat. The staff in here in general were really lovely, and it does make a difference to have service with a smile. I’ve worked in places like this and can’t stand the sleazy corporate mantra that you have to constantly have a grin on your face but the guys and ladies in here had genuine banter. That’s something that can’t be bought.
My boyfriend has an on going love affiar with the Colonel and I’m not as hellbent on it. But if I had to go back to any KFC in the world, it would be this one!

This gets my nomination for worst drive thru ever! Each and every time I go to the Springburn branch they always get my order wrong! Whether its salad on burgers, wrong side orders or wrong juice then they do (or don’t) every time. I thought it was the Norman Collier like order intercom, but I tried out going inside and got the same result (lack of!). I used to think it was just me, but my partner works near here and her colleagues have the same complaint. Its a pity too because I love KFC lol!
