The local branch of a large chain of bakeries. This was a welcome addition to the main street. They sell an abundance of bakery goods and do hot food to take away. My favourite is the steak bake and the sausage roll, but they sell rolls, pies, cakes, potato scones etc, in fact, almost any kind of bakery goods that you could imagine. They also sell tea, coffee and soup. They bake a lot of the goods on the premises and make up sandwiches etc. The shop is spotless and the staff are friendly and helpful. It can get very busy so it is better to get there as early as you can. There is never anything left by early afternoon, because it is so reasonably priced.
