Established in 2014.
Cubatas is the dream of offering Scotland the authentic way of cooking tapas in Spain Nowadays.
Spanish cuisine has become a reality in every big city around the globe. Nevertheless, the scene in Spain regarding tapas keeps changing. Dishes include new flavours, cooking techniques or just avant-garde presentations inspired by cuisines from other countries.
At Cubatas we challenged ourselves to bring you the tapas as they really are in Spain, to bring you the flavours that are setting trends among the palates of the Spanish people and of course, to make your dining experience enjoyable in a modern and casual atmosphere.

Ignacio C.
Manager
Born in Valencia (Spain) Ignacio C. came in Scotland in 2011 and started in the Restaurant Business as manager for other restaurants. In 2014 decides to start a new stage at Cubatas Tapas Bar and Restaurant. A new tapas restaurant opening in Charing Cross (Glasgow). Brings his chefs from Spain and starts with a very young team what he wishes is going to be a very successful period for him and the restaurant.
