This is a fantastic place to let the kids burn off some of their energy and let the adults sit and relax with a cup of coffee/​tea/​juice. My kids love this play and have attended a few birthday parties here too, the staff great. Additionaly, they also do one evening every month for kids with special needs which I think is fantastic ;)

Placed helpfully next to a large Morrison’s supermarket, this soft play area is an asset to the local area and is rarely quiet as a result. Clean facilities and ample room to play along with a café bar mean that your child can have fun in safety whilst you relax with a well-​earned cuppa and cake. The Caper House play barn also offer a birthday party venue for your little cherubs.
Unfortunately, this place is let down in my opinion by the reliance on the good old fish fingers and chips-​style menu. I’m certain that I am not the only parent who would rather their child had a healthy option for lunch instead of overpriced McDonalds-​esque fayre served in polystyrene take away dishes but this is the direction that the Caper House chooses to take itself. Unfortunately they also enforce a ‘no food brought in may be consumed here’ rule.
