We don’t quite do bubble the the same as North America and Asia We use syrups where as the best ones over there use fresh ingredients, huge selection on flavours and teas However … As the uk version goes this place is the best! I’ve been probably a dozen times since it opened and you get the same friendly service each time. You can lounge there in their massive egg shaped chairs of which there are two However bubble tea for me is always a pick up and go drink Refreshing alternative to all the fizzy drinks we all consume! They offer a loyalty card too where you get a stamp for each drink and a free one after a certain amount of stamps, it’s a paper card so each time I collect on its promptly lost or washed in my jeans! Never the less it’s a good place and I recommend you all try bubble tea if you have never done so

Really good bubble tea. Prices are not as expensive as suggested by others as their large is a 24oz(700ml) cup and regular is 16oz(500ml) cup. A lot of places also don’t include the price for toppings which is an additional 50p. What I like about them is that they use fresh milk rather than powdered milk for their milk variant drinks which is much healthier than other places. Will definitely be back!

Where I’m from bubble tea/milk tea is very popular, so I was happy to see that there was a shop just down the road from work. That happiness disappeared almost as soon as I ordered my tea. I ordered taro tea with lychee jelly but instead received taro tea with tapioca. The tea is blended in some kind of milk shake-esque machine so when you get it it extremely frothy. There was also no ice and it was only just cooler than room temperature. And a small tea was £3.45!!! I would pay 4DOLLARS for that, never mind 4 pounds. The only things that earned this place 2 stars rather than one was the friendly service an nice shop. Really the only redeeming value. Will not be back unless this place learns how to properly make these drinks. Very sad.

This location has just recently opened, and I’m so glad it has! I had a matcha green tea milk tea(warm) with half tapioca and half basil seeds. It was the first time I had tried basil seeds and they were really good, despite sounding like a strange topping. Apparently really healthy too. If you’ve had chia seeds, they’re really similar. The matcha green tea flavour was really great too. It’s something I don’t find much around the UK, but I’m glad to know Bubbletrea has it! The interior is decorated nicely, and there’s plenty of room at the bars to sit in. I’ll definitely be back here to grab a bubble tea between classes. The location is perfect for students in the area!

I’m a huge fan of Bubble tea so it’s great that there is another place in Glasgow. I mixed Vanilla and Strawberry and had the pearl. It was really good and we will definitely be back. They had loads of other options of toppings such as Basil seeds-which are a personal favourite of mine. Cash Only!
