We specialise in supplying a range of Luxury Designer Breakfast Bar Stools, Dining Chairs and Dining Tables with a contemporary look. The Barstools are designed and manufactured in Italy — the home of stylish design.

These Italian Luxury Breakfast Bar Stools are covered in Real, Premium Quality Leather, not the imitation or regenerated leather which is used on many cheap Chinese copies. Our Italian Designer Breakfast Bar Stools have quality built in, so they are given a TWO YEAR guarantee, not the normal one year.

There is a big new range of Contemporary Dining Chairs, which can be upholstered with Real Leather or Eco Leather. Several of the chairs match in style with some of the barstools. This is ideal where there is an open plan kitchen.

The Glass Top Dining Tables are designed and manufactured in Britain. There are several designs of Centre pedestal and four leg tables available. The pedestals & legs can be finished in Hardwood stained to different shades, or chrome plated steel or stainless steel. There are many different sizes of round, square and rectangular glass table tops. The standard table tops are made from clear glass, but coloured, white or smoked glass can be supplied to special order.

We have a showroom where a large number of barstools and some tables and chairs are on display.

You are very welcome to visit the showroom, however please phone in advance to advise when you will be there, because the showroom is not manned at all times.

History

Established in 1999.

We asked Graeme Lang to explain how and why BreakfastBarStools was started. He replied «I founded a contract furnishing company in 1975. We furnished pubs, clubs, hotels etc. During our work, we received many enquiries from domestic customers who wanted breakfast barstools. I realised that there must be a niche market for breakfast bar stools, so in 1999 I bought the domain name „break​fast​barstools​.co​.uk“ and setup a business to supply this market.

Since then we have supplied numerous domestic customers as well as kitchen suppliers and other trade customers, but also we have had some unusual orders such as: —

a) 1,600 folding Stools to Majestic Wine for Wine tastings.

b) Barstools for TV Programs like „Cowboy Builders“.

c) Stacking stools for a famous Formula One Racing company.

d) 98 adjustable stools for Molton Brown at their nail bars.

Now we have expanded to supply high quality Tables and chairs as well as barstools from our manufacturing partners in Italy and Britain.»

Business Owner

Graeme Lang, the founder of «BreakfastBarStools», obtained a B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from London University. However fate decreed that he would not follow a path into engineering.

In 1975 he founded a contract furnishing company which fitted out pubs, clubs and hotels as well as timeshare developments and other commercial operations. During the following years, the company developed to the stage where there were 10 staff, including two interior designers, with a turnover exceeding £1.3 M per year. Numerous furnishing contracts were handled, such as: —

a) 375 timeshare flats for Barratt Multi-​ownership.

b) Stacking chairs for several U.S. Polaris Submarines which were based at the Holy Loch.

c) Fitting out the officers’ mess on the USS Canopus Nuclear Submarine supply ship.

d) Up to £600k of work per annum for Scottish & Newcastle Brewers.

e) Renovating the staff club for Glasgow University — £295K value.
