Kaos Kennels

I have taken my dogs to this kennel for years and have never had any concerns about their welfare. The staff genuinely love the dogs and nothing is too much trouble for them. The dogs are happy there and can’t wait to get into the building when we arrive. The dogs come home clean and well cared for.

I wouldn’t even give these kennels one star…
The kennels blocks are so old and cold and generally look very dirty.
I went to look round as I needed to board my two large dogs. The staff seemed to have very little knowledge about dogs and their needs. And appeared to want to rush me out of the place before answering my questions. I saw two kennels blocks — the second block being so small I can’t imagine what dogs they put in there! May I also add that there is no heating in the second block of kennels! I wouldn’t use these kennels if they were the last kennels on the planet.
