Fish and chip shop with kebab counter on the side!
The fish and chips are a bit of a hit and miss affair as some staff obviously can cook better than the others; some staff retraining would be useful. Hence, when you get a good fryer the fish batter is lovely, light and crispy with golden chips… go on another day and it’s soggy batter and white soggy chips… euwwww.
