Chaithanya Kumar Bhagavathula serves as Chief Executive Officer/​Chief Technology Officer. With 18yrs of rich experience in various technologies and over 15 years in UK and been in entrepreneurial journey for the last 12 years. Prior to Swayam, CK held several leadership positions in DHL, Dell, Walt Disney, Cable and Wire and others.

CK has a proven record of managing high value output teams with innovation, agility and result orientation as key principles. As a passionate technology inventor he drives Product & Services agenda for Swayam with focus on cloud based business /​productivity solutions. Under his leadership Swayam has grown tremendously by delivering innovative core business, cloud and mobility solutions across Europe and America to various MNCs, SMEs and startups.

As a ‘hands-​on’ technocrat, he lead technology teams in Microsoft, Java, Mobility, BI, Web technologies with Ajax, HTML5, Oracle/​SAP ERP, BI, CMS and E-​Commerce platforms in various industry verticals. Health
