Have visited this restaurant several times in the last 6 months and have found the customer service standard to always be good, no matter how quiet or busy the venue is. Polite, friendly and efficient, just the way I like it. The food quality is always good and the portion sizes are definitely more than ample. The staff never rush you out of there after finishing your food or even paying your bill and we’ve often carried on chatting after finishing everything for an hour or so and not be made to feel like we have to leave. Toilets are always spotless and the ambience of the whole place is very welcoming.

Had a nice meal here when out West watching rugby at twickenham, not far from where stay when back in London. The area is not great but the staff are very friendly and the food is nice.
