My name is Helen and I started The Diet Diva after losing 9 stone and going on to train as a diet and nutrition advisor to help people like you. I’m based in Farnborough and work from home. I’ve finally found out what works for me and realise it’s not just about how much I ate but what, when and why I ate the things I did. I always tried a new diet just before a holiday or event to quickly drop as much weight as possible, only to fail and end up weighing more than I did when I started.
