So Impressed! is a customer driven business made up of friendly people working together to provide a complete range of quality garment care services. Our goal is to never give the customer a reason to go anywhere else and to improve in some way, large or small, everyday.

Our business name reflects our core philosophy. We believe that customers will return time after time if they are no only somewhat impressed but are just «So Impressed!».

History

Established in 2005.

Over the last thirty years or so our lives have changed dramatically, mostly for the better. However, despite new and improved labour saving devices in the home, we seem to have less and less time for ourselves. Some domestic chores have become more burdensome, not least the relatively basic task of the laundry. Whilst modern washing machines and tumble dryers have helped enormously, the laborious task of ironing remains and indeed, has grown.

So Impressed! has been developed to address this, offering customers easily accessible and economic professional ironing and other garment care services. Sited at convenient locations, each So Impressed! outlet has been primarily selected with the car user in mind, making it easy for the customer to pull up directly outside with a minimum of fuss when leaving in or collecting garment service orders.
