History

Established in 2000.

When Deborah started working at Swindon college she had been working in IT for many years. Having worked for many major blue chip companies she had never had any holistic treatments let alone heard of them!

She was used to working hard and playing hard, being under pressure and stressed out, meeting deadlines.

That was until she started helping out students and tutors in the college to be a «body» to work on. The more she received the more she realised that stress and deadlines is not want life is all about. So she started her journey…

It started with the body… Massage, Reflexology, Hopi Ear Candles. That’s great she thought, relax your body and the mind will follow… then came lots of esoteric work, spiritual development … relax your body… relax your soul… and finally came the mind with Hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique. This then tied in with the mind, body and spirit completely which is what Holistic Therapy is all about. Holistic is the Greek word

I am passionate about helping you become the best that you can possibly be. To rid yourself of fears or phobias, stress or anxiety and help you become confident in all areas of your life.

I specialize in getting to the root cause of what is stopping you doing what you really want to do.

Infertility, I have been helping couple with fertility issues for years. Once pregnant I can help you with Hypnobirthing.

IBS, having suffered from Ulcerative Colitis myself I know how debilitating IBS can be and I have had advanced training to help you.

PSTD — post traumatic stress disorder. I have received advanced training for this and OCD. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
