Remember to take your car parking ticket to get it deducted off your bill.
Shop is huge & there are some tantalizing offers.
Great for artists, and car enthusiasts.
Downside is its wrong side of town, traffic is bad down there.

Very good shop with loads of products, you can buy anthing from sewing thread to furniture.
Good range of automobile products, painting and decorating, housewares, pet products and accessories, gardening supplies, toys and games, paintings, picture framing supplies, furniture and garden furniture, BBQs and accessories, bedding, habadasheries, lighting, art supplies, and much much more.
One thing that is a well kept secret (until you go there) is the vast range of craft supplies. Well worth a visit for any crafting enthusiasts as probably the largest supply of crafting in Exeter.
Large car park, with a few disabled car spaces. You will have to pay a charge to park, but this is refundable when you get to the tills.
Café upstairs, no lifts so not disabled friendly. Although the ground floor is very accessible.
Lots of things at cheaper prices. Something for everyone. Large store. Well worth a visit.

The Range is a really good shop if you want to furnish a flat for the first time. They sell all manner of household goods, from picture frames to shelving units to art supplies (are they a household good? oh screw it I can’t be bothered to edit this!) at very reasonable prices. The last time I went there, they had had a power surge and there was only emergency power to the lights. I had to queue for about 20 minutes to buy a mirror, since the tills had no power — they had to process every card payment using the phone to authorise, and write receipts manually. Phew! Welcome to the dark ages. They’ve no doubt fixed the problem now

I would really recommend this shop for art and craft supplies, their art section is just amazing, full of products aimed at everyone: the casual scrapbooker, the back-to-school student, the DIYer, the amateur painter, the textiles artist I could spend hours just fiddling through all the paintbrushes and fimo!
Other than that, it’s a good shop for seasonal stuff, they go overboard at Christmas and Halloween, it’s almost scary, but the staff are a low point, being very unhelpful.

Large and well stocked, The Range has things you didn’t know you wanted. If you want candles and/or art supplies it’s a good place to start! Upstairs they have a café, furniture and home furnishings

I love this shop, it’s like a treasure trove of goodies! Really good prices and sells everything including homeware, toys, crafts etc. It is in a very large warehouse over two floors and you need to pay for parking but this gets refunded when you spend £3 or more. You can easily spend a good hour or so here as there is a lot to look at and it is impossible not to buy anything, but getting out can take a while as the staff are very slow and often have problems with the tills.

The Range is a really huge warehouse shop, which sells an enormous range (er, that’ll be where the name comes from!) of products — from craft supplies (an excellent selection) and home wares, to furniture and pet food! The Christmas decorations are well worth a look as fashionable items can be picked up here for a fraction of the cost of High Street shops.
There is also a small café on the mezzanine floor upstairs.
The car park charges £1 or £2, but this is refunded with a purchase over £3.
The most annoying thing about The Range is that so many things are not priced, and the staff are unbelievably bored and unhelpful!
