History

Established in 1997.

Alan and his wife Sarah created The Letting Line back in 1997 when they bought the long established estate agency business Atkinsons Residential. «We wanted to offer a specialist letting service and didn’t want to be known as an estate agency that did a bit of letting. So, we started The Letting Line and the business has grown from strength to strength.»

He has hand selected his team, combining a spectrum of talents, to create the ultimate group of individuals that provide the friendly and professional service that one would expect from such a well established and respected company. He is also qualified member of ARLA & NAEA.
