I run my own private practice in Elstree, Herts (5 mins from Edgware/​Stanmore). For your convenience, I offer late-​evening and weekend sessions.

Why am I a Life Coach?

My personal experience made me want to help others in similar situations;

I was always ‘giving advice’ to friends, family and colleagues (Life Coaches do NOT give advice; they lead clients to finding their own solutions to their problems) and I felt I could do well in a counselling– related profession;

I’m a paediatric nurse and I was considering being in a helping therapy again, as it’s the most rewarding thing one can do. Life Coaching seemed like the perfect choice for its proactive approach.
