Business Owner

Scottish craft chocolate makers based in East Lothian and Edinburgh, we work in genuinely small batches using superior natural ingredients, where possible locally sourced and organic. We exist to bring you fine flavour chocolate whilst at the same time improving the lives of farmers and preserving biodiversity. It is our goal to bring more transparency into the chocolate industry.

We are proud to be one of the first UK chocolatiers to not only produce fine chocolate work, but also make some of our chocolate from bean. We work directly with growers of cacao to encourage growing of heirloom cacao which will sustain biodiversity and fine flavour chocolate into the future, as well as providing the growers with the best possible deal; cutting out the middle men.
