beautiful pricey jewellery, but fussy return policy. they are happy to make a sale, but they kick a fuss when u bring a faulty item back!

I’ve visited Swarovski stores before, but this is a new one for me. I have walked past it countless times but I went inside for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and I really liked the store.
It’s small but not cramped and the layout is good, with glass cabinets showcasing the lovely sparkles! The charm bracelets are beautiful and I was pleasantly surprised at the prices– I expected them to be much higher than they actually are.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and even rang another store for me when they didn’t have a charm in stock that I was looking for. Very impressed with the store and service!

The Swarovski store is very pretty indeed and everything about it is very bling and you’ll leave with stars in your eyes.
They always have a great selection of classic, timeless pieces as well as more contemporary unusual items too. I’ve had my eye on a rather oddball collection for a while, it’s a little orange fish with really bulbous eyes and it looks pretty similar to my own little goldfish.
In addition to jewellery they also have the traditional Swarovski ornaments in shapes of little bears and other animals.
The staff in this branch are nice and friendly and everything is immaculate and I’m always scared to point at items in case I get grubby paw marks on the pristine glass cabinets.

This shop is a complete draw for anyone that loves sparkle! The shop stocks a good selection of jewellery, fashion accessories and figurines, and is well lit to display the sparkle most effectively.
The staff are generally really helplful. Last year I was looking for a limited edition piece that they’d sold out of and the girl that was serving phoned the swarovski concession in Jenners to get them to put it aside for me.
Really good service!
